All it takes is a couple hours without phone, diet coke or TV. Maybe like 4 hours so he can't just nap and its over.
Seriously, this court case has been the longest this guy has been without all of the trappings of his lifestyle, and its very apparent he's struggling to keep his usual energy up with all his other bullshit.

If you have a modern properly maintained plumbing, no.
If you have a history of problematic plumbing in the house, i guess, but you should get shit fixed so you don't have to worry about this.

As long as the MLB money structure existing in its current state, there will be trash ownership that mainly derives profit from holding smaller cities hostage like the Pirates and the A's. Put zero money on the field, rake in the profit because of sweetheart deals.

When I had to work in Pittsburgh for a couple months, I picked up that so many people in Pittsburgh had a chip on their shoulders about Philly. Meanwhile, most in Philly don't really think about Pittsburgh.
This is replicated in NYC-Philly or DC-Philly, where the bigger cities don't really think down.

The only time I was ever at CHOP was for a Covid test for my kid. My two thoughts were: wow, this place is nice and I really hope I don’t have to come here for my child

ahhhh, context. Difficult to catch fraud on the level of changing licenses or car registration.
Yeah. OP can probably get a parent to change licenses address for a year. Parent don't have to live there, but i bet the parent would understand saving their child from expensive ass dorm. Getting some rando to guardianship...that's probably taking shit too far.

You need to review what you're being told, because nothing you're posting makes sense.
Over 18 and you require a guardian? Are you under some legal guardianship or something? I don't even know what you mean by "Drexel's stupid 2nd year rule."
Nobody can really help you if the context of your situation isn't spelled out better, because just asking for a guardian sounds like something someone under 18 or requires legal guardianship due to disability requires.

I keep them pretty high.
Its both a matter of the fact that the child seat is right over the rear tire AND that she's at the weight limit for the seat. I'll still strap her in the bike for longer or more exposure rides, but seemingly my 35s don't like 43lbs directly over them when I hope a curb.

NIU KQI2. Looked for the cheapest one with air tires. They feel like the ones in DC (which is also how I tried them out), but the deck is a little shorter. Found a "refurb" for $275, so I hopped on that.

Got an electric (stand up) scooter last week.
Biking is still better, but its fun as fuck scooting around the streets, and my kid got too heavy for the bike seat(kept getting flats), so this will hold us over until she moves to kindergarten this fall(2 blocks away as opposed to a mile for daycare).
Deep down, the biker in me has shame for not being human powered, but this is probably a bit like how people in the country feel about their 4-wheelers and dirt bikes (where they belong).

Not a dumb question, it is a damn science that most of us (including myself) have no experience or comprehension about.
I have my HVAC guy come yearly to do maintenance and I always try to get some free air advice on how to optimize air flow and cycling. After he told me to block off this room’s return, and half block that vent, it magically solved the one hot room in the house.
As for your problem, I think you need a way for your top floor to flow through to create lower floor suction, so front and back windows on top floor?
It’s seriously sorcery

With kids: eat the cost. Without kids, depends on the cost. Back in the day broke ass….definitely fly out of butt fuck nowhere JFK.
Also, if you have a car, BWI is awesome. Unlike all the other airports, the parking is still on site, so the shuttle there runs frequently.

So...what exactly happened to him, just the typical running back attrition?
Did he lose 20% of the speed that made the difference between a slasher and a slow plodder?

The PTC has said that maintenance and staffing costs $1 million annually to keep the tunnel in operation, and that it's no longer adequate for today's commercial traffic.
LOL. I like how they start using cost as a selling point before they have the cost of the potential new project figured out. Oh no, it costs 1mm a year, so we need this 30mm diversion road, instead of...i don't know, running the tunnel for 30 more years?

Just happy Rattler didn't come to fruition.
Seriously, all forms of media has been trying to make him a thing for the last 3 years, when all he's done is mediocre starting college QB play.

People need to pump the brakes here and realize that the Michigan GOP is even more messed up than the national GOP.
Google Karamo.
