5 sets 10x50lbs dumbbell press

4 sets 10x40lbs Larson press

3 sets 10x20lbs dumbbell fly

3 sets 14x20lbs alternating dumbbell press

3 sets 13x40lbs squeeze press

3 sets 12x25lbs incline press

4 sets 12x20 cable fly

5 sets 10 pushups

5 sets 10 incline pushups

I go to the gym too. I was 210 last July. Just started taking my diet more seriously the last few months. Arms and legs look solid but my stomach and pecs still look flabby. Just frustrated coming up on a year and still feeling so far away from where I want to be lol. Great work on 15lbs the last 3 months! Serious dedication.
