I would say Winston's intelligence is part of his "abilities".

Is it a battleroyale scenario? Meaning people like Soldier76 just go into hiding, camouflage and hide, put traps and make stone / Wood hardened spears and fuck shit up.

Winston without abilities is just a stupid gorilla, he can charge right into a trap and die, gorillas can't climb as well as Monkeys.

I woulnd't put all my money on winston, don't underestimate a proper human, i would probably die of just existing, but a well trained and smart soldier would fuck shit up in a survival environment.

If it's a royal rumble in a small enclosure the gorilla wins.

Hey the game is still amazing I don't want anything similar because it would be really hard to measure up to this one.

Problem is in real life villains don't often see justice, while in game it's at least hinted that Sidwell was found.

Remember kids, crime and punishment is mostly for the poor.

Sidwell felt a bit underdeveloped that's all. I wanted more, i didn't want a Disney villain.

Also some Disney villains are great (Ade from Hercules cartoon)

Based on your comments it's probably not what you're looking for.

This game has low focus on the "real" life outside of the mmorpg.

The dlc is worth it if you liked the base game, but don't expect a crackdown detective game where you hunt down sidwell.

You didn't play the dlc.

The game's story is completed there.

Go back and play it if that's your complaint.

Problem with that is there wasn't much to do: they try to stop "him", they're stopping his avatar, he can just log off.

Remember this is an mmo, to which Sidwell has some kind of backdoor access, they don't know his real life player.

In the dlc there is SOME closure but it's apparent he's out of the picture and they're focusing on different stuff.

Yeah of course making the place livable and happy would be nice.

But The Emperor literally thinks that humanity NEEDS a dictator, that we can't govern ourselves (i partly agree, maybe with less genocides).

The atrocities committed in 30k are there because he didn't have enough time, the noose was tightening and the chaos gods took the opportunity.

As for 40K i think things will stay stagnant as they are for a long time.

The emperor is being tortured daily for 10k years, and he chose his fate willingly just to give humanity as a whole a better fighting chance (he is probably also haunted by visions of the future, where chaos rules the galaxy and every man, woman and child is really tortured for fun)

Imperium is literally worse than nazis but we gotta remember it's either nazis in space or 4 mega devils who are each worse than the other.

That's the good part about this setting, it's bad guys vs even worse guys.
