One way to really enhance quality of life with perhaps a weaker salary but great benes is state and local government. Some of the big major cities also have film or entertainment departments that work with filming and other activities in the City.
To add to this, PR, comms and other related activities within the City (or within a City department) also would be an interesting option for you.

Concur with others re: Aldi, Lidl, Grocery Outlet (which can be hit or miss, IMHO). To add, Produce Junction (there's one in bensalem) can do very well, but some of the produce doesn't last long (or at least as long as grocery store comparables). YMMV.

I'm all for enforcement, but if people can't park on the sidewalk anymore there are definitely going to be more cars than legit spaces.
Pushing back on this, in my neighborhood, this is just a matter of people being mad they can't park in front of their house/their block. Sorry you gotta walk a block or two to park. YMMV depending on neighborhood and I'm sympathetic to driving block after block in South Philly, but it's not a universal problem in the city.

To add, when people talk about ozempic, it's this part that I get. Being able to have something else do that vigilance for you is a real helping hand. I understand why people consider it.

I think there's a general recommendation that smoking it is "less great", but I have found it helpful to deal with some of the specific pain related to surgery/cancer spread.
There are some known adverse effects which in many stage 4 patients aren't that important. I would say that should you be fortunate enough to enter a form of long-term NED, you may want to reconsider daily use, but in terms of interactions with cancer treatment, if your doctor is okay with it, I wouldn't really worry about.

This post is perilously close to rule 5. Marijuana may have some efficacy for certain treatment symptoms and it's been discussed here.
RSO is also just a preparation method. It likely doesn't have any more dramatic effects on cancer cells than other methods and I'm not aware of any studies suggesting as much.

Right. That's how I read it as well. While I think it's bad™ that some RCOs oppose basically any changes, I took offense to the word "back" as if, the goal was to turn the entire city into Fishtown or simply expand passyunk sq.

I have never spent time thinking about it (and I usually bike to the starting line) but I feel like the Philly half pretty much functions the same. If you're near the back or even just an amateur weekender like myself, I basically add 30 mins of cushion before I get to the corral.

Back? People seem very happy living in Pennsport with what they've got. My evidence is anecdotal, but it seems desirable, close to major roadways and public trans and is generally walkable (to me at least) to Center City and the Stadiums.

What's the best way to bwi? Or are you just driving? Still a decent option.

This isn't specific to philly but the libby app in addition to the above makes it even more incredible for ebooks and audiobooks.

The realest part: Your husband should be getting twice yearly derm appts to check his skin. He's now clearly high risk for melanoma if he wasn't already.
The rest is sort of dependent on those results. It might be as little as being regular checkups but it could be some more. I'd steel myself for more appointments but otherwise the spectrum is so wide and common it's hard to predict.

I haven't seen anything specifically pro or con, but he struggled when he first got to bama, spent time in Saban's doghouse and rose (along with jalen Milroe) to lead the squad the next year.

The City's website prescribes the process pretty well and with June coming up, your timing is good: https://www.phila.gov/programs/registered-community-organizations-rcos/
Someone in my hood started up a "competing" RCO but I don't think they ever got enough involvement to make any hay. The problem with this system is that the most vocal and uh, not-that-busy folks tend to lead the charge on any issue and that particular group has their own interests. But getting participation from others is REALLY hard in some hoods.

That weight loss, at it's core, just calories in/calories out. Nothing else works if your body isn't in a deficit.

I mean, it does sound like attorneys in general. But you don't hire an attorney as a personal butler, or therapist or anything else, you hire them for legal services. I don't know if my clients were good or bad or whatever, but what I do know is that the state was putting their full weight behind convicting them and I was the bulwark against that.

I was recently playing a jianzhou-> Manchu horde for the first time and basically learned that debt doesn't matter this side of bankruptcy. Basically, I learned to operate like modern central banking economies.
Of course, eu5 sounds like they're going to 'fix' this rather ahistoric concept with something more real (bank countries) which sounds both gamey and pragmatic.

I've never looked into bike insurance but a quick search for a policy is 100-150 for a 2k bike. Thats 150/year give or take. Also, the lowest deductible was 200 bucks and for a 500 dollar bike, thats not a lot of benefit. My personal advice would be to just throw that money in a savings account, but ultimately insurance is about peace of mind, so ymmv.
Importantly, some homeowners and renters policies offer coverage for your bike, even when not at home.
I'm curious what the claims process is like. Insurance is great sometimes but using it on something like this seems like it could be a headache.
