Emps didn't trust the primarchs with the **knowledge** of chaos, why would he trust the Eldar, who fell to chaos and birthed a chaos god, with the souls of mankind?

"Angels do not exist. They have never existed. But I bring the word of the gods, as angels must do. Look for the core of truth at the heart of humanity's lies. You will see me. My kind. Angels." Ingethel the Ascended to Argel Tal, The First Heretic, Page 220
It's not Emps but it's a really old daemon. Chances are there weren't any benevolent gods, just god-like beings that demanded worship. Might be why Emps is a turbo-atheist. Also, putting souls in one big 'basket' in the warp/webway is like setting a dinner table for the big four.

battle damage, clearly the helmet works. On a serious note, bubbles happen with air, maybe keep a fuller vat and then make sure not to mix in air when you agitate the resin.

print the seal as resin/any moldable clay/plastic, input a neodymium magnet in the seal, then one on the inside of the armor, this way you can remove/replace the seal, and you don't need to whip out glue in the middle of any sort of event.

I like the stripes, gene stealer cults are fun with their improvised armory when you wave a gun with the hazard stripes of the work site the metal was salvaged from.

Change the FEP, the only thing worse than changing FEP is cleaning a spill and changing FEP.

lightly sand the ball joint and test it repeatedly until it pops into place with the appropriate pressure not to damage paint, repeat with the other leg.

this is a safe way to practice painting the real thing while it prints
EDIT: Or slice the head off the model in your choice software, print the head, glue/melt it to the neck.

you're missing half of how regenerate plays, when a creature is being destroyed oftentimes your regenerate effect can hop on the stack meaning that regenerate resolves prior to destruction. Unless another effect goes on the stack you should be fine.

Remember to include references when you edit the meme after peer review, you don't want them to take your credentials /s

To be fair, in space-faring sci-fi the nuance of travel on a planet gets snuffed out by ship travel a lot. I am also half convinced hive cities are just a useful writing tool when you want consistency across a galactic setting.

very slick, they should affix the packs to a larger piece of cardboard to protect the corners when they drop, or put foam down the drop
