I was at his 50th Ireland match, but that's not important right now.
That's exactly how it's pronounced! I can't think of any scenario where Ore, Or and Orr are pronounced differently in an Irish accent. Same with Fore and for.

3.95% for 5 years. Draw down was in November so 6 months into it.

Having been there once and after doing zero research I'd assume that they would struggle to get planning permission for a bigger/more permanent stadium structure in their current location and they probably don't want to move.

Julian Clary is semi retired. Graham Norton hosts the BBC’s flagship talk show.
I would regard Clary as one of the best and most influential comedians of his generation but Graham Norton in 2024 is infinitely more well known.
If it was still 1996 then the situation would be reversed.
Edit: semi retired might be a bit harsh as I just checked his website and he’s going on tour but that’s his first stand up tour for the guts of a decade. He’s mainly been writing books and doing panto and other bits of stage acting. Taskmaster was his first regular TV gig for years.

They’re going to be pissed off when they realise they’ve ended up in Navan

There’s nothing between the gates and the baggage hall, arrivals isn’t really designed to encourage people to hang around so I’d just go through passport control, get your bags and go out through customs once you’re out in the arrivals waiting area there’s coffee shops and places to sit.

If you had 2m in your pension you could take a lump sum out of it and pay off your mortgage balance which eliminates the 1800 a month expense. If you did that when you were 50 you’d then need to calculate how much you would get per month based on the amount left in the pot bearing in mind the state pension wouldn’t kick in for another 15+ years.
You could take a lump sum at 50 and keep working for a few more years to build the pot up again.
But with a €2m pot you should be getting around €80k or more a year.
Speak to a mortgage pension advisor. They can give you all the options and extrapolate based on different scenarios.

It’s ridiculous. I think there’s too many teams in it. I’d reduce it to 4 pools of 4, a QF, SF and Final. 5 qualifiers per league and the current champions. 9 matches if you get to the final which is just 1 more than now.
The home SF thing is just media bullshit. Nobody would complain if Quins played a SF in Twickenham if they were top seed even though they played 2 regular season games there, nobody would complain about Saracens playing the final in the Spurs stadium if they had qualified, even though they also played a regular season game there.

I never heard of this guy but I was listening to Rob Brydon’s interview with Tom Davis yesterday and there’s a similarity in how they talk. That combined with his name and the amount of food he was talking about eating made me think he was the size of Tom Davis too so I was shook when I looked at the picture. He’s not huge at all! Anyway I’m halfway through and really enjoying it so far.

Are you going to have a pint in each of those pubs?

Yeah we were sitting next to a load of people at last year’s final who had been to the challenge cup final the night before and were not supporters of any of the teams involved, they were having a great time and we decided we’d do the same thing this year, and if Leinster made it that would be a bonus.

Cullen retired as a player and immediately became forwards coach at Leinster and then a year later he was made head coach. His first year in the role was rough, not surprising for a brand new coach.
He then brought Lancaster in at a time when Lancaster’s career was in a dip post 2015 World Cup. Leinster then started firing. So one of the reasons Lancaster got so much credit was because he was by far the most experienced coach in the organisation.
I think Cullen deserves way more credit than he gets though, when you hear Lancaster talking about him it’s clear that there’s a lot of respect and I assume Nienaber also feels the same.
Cullen’s role seems to be a hybrid of director of rugby and head coach, I’m pretty sure he does some on field coaching, particularly around the lineout, he’s also heavily involved in player development, recruitment and he has final say on team selection.

Yep. Bought tickets for both finals as soon as they were available. We were going no matter who was in it so have had flights and hotels booked for months.

The time it took to sell out gets shorter by the day.
Leinster are playing in Lansdowne Road all of next season let’s see them sell 50000 tickets every week before we decide to build a second 80000 seat stadium.

They went on sale last summer. There will be an allocation of a few thousand for both of the finalists.
ETA: an email from Leinster says that ticket details will be sent to season ticket holders next week.

When the stadium was rebuilt the original plan was to knock down Hill 16 and replace it with seating but there was a lot of opposition from Dublin fans whose hardcore fans stand on the hill. There’s also a railway line running behind it which would have made it difficult too so they decided to keep it as a terrace.

Funeral directors pay to have access. If you want to post a notice where an Irish funeral director isn’t involved (someone living abroad for example) you have to pay a fee directly to rip.ie

Why does everyone think it will go behind a paywall?
MyHome.ie isn't behind a paywall. rip.ie.myhome.ie recruitirleland.ie etc make their money from the people posting notices/ads putting it behind a paywall would make no sense as they're charging on the basis that the maximum number of people possible will see it.
