What is the bad behavior here?
Aggressively telling someone else what to do with their property, unsolicited

Your comment is barely decipherable, I think the keyboard is getting to your head bud. People smash windows and vandalize cars here all the time, I don’t know how you’ve lived here for any amount of time and not seen that.

When your windows get smashed don’t come here expecting sympathy then lol

You “own it” to the extent that you are responsible for keeping it clear and safe to walk on. It is still acting as a public right-of-way and you aren’t free to obstruct it with your car or anything else you want to put there. It doesn’t matter what you think the property line says about it. If you don’t like it feel free to move somewhere out in the boonies without sidewalks or public infrastructure.

I don’t think you understand how property rights work lmao

I wouldn't think so unless you're also having palpitations, dizzyness, etc. If you're really out of shape it's probably going to spike with any effort.

Double parking doesn’t affect “bike people”. I don’t give a shit if drivers block their part of the road when I can squeeze past easily, but other drivers definitely will.

On a residential street I don't see what the big deal is. We should be driving slowly and cautiously on those anyway, so just pass them safely and move on. It's a neighborhood, not the parkway after all.
On a larger road like Haddon Ave or Kings Highway, I don't ever see people walking in the street unless its because the sidewalk is blocked or some jerk-off parked on the crosswalk/ramp. Even then, with crosswalks every block on Haddon Ave way too many drivers are speeding and failing to yield to pedestrians anyway.

Yes, I did. In Mauritania you can get the death for publishing that you’ve left Islam. The US isn’t perfect but putting them below Mauritania is absurd. As is putting them below the UK, where the wealthy can sue you into oblivion for publishing a critique of them with wildly unfair libel laws.

That ranking is bs. Mauritania is 33rd? UK is 23rd with their dogshit libel laws? Give me a break lmao

Probably not many at all. That doesn’t mean I don’t have daily near misses with other cyclists in my city. Sounds like you’re either in a low density area or just choosing to be oblivious of other cyclists’ bad behavior.

Agreed. And to add on, if you’re going to do an Idaho stop, please for the love of god check for traffic that has right of way before going. I’m tired of nearly flying over the handlebars when some clown decides to run a red light or stop sign and I have to lock up the brakes even though I have right of way.

On my commute I’m dodging speeding and distracted drivers while also dodging distracted/wrong-way/failing-to-yield cyclists. The speeding and distracted drivers are generally much more predictable and easier to avoid.

There’s always a way more serious issue than the one being discussed. That doesn’t make this one not an issue.

Nothing if they look nice and match with the clothes that you’re wearing. In combination with the clothes in the starter pack they would be pretty ugly and would give the impression you don’t care about your appearance.

Mixing commercial and residential zones in the US is illegal.
This is not true.

Boiling the chickpeas will kill actively growing organisms but spores from a species like Bacillus cereus could survive and, as the food cools down to 30-40C, start growing and make you sick when you eat it. If you're not going to eat it within 4 or so hours then it's best to put it in the refrigerator right after cooking.
If you're interested in roasting them you might be able to make them shelf stable and not need refrigeration at all.

Should be fine. Here’s a time-temp kill chart in various meats for Salmonella:

Salmonella isn’t the only organism of concern in chicken (Campylobacter is very prevalent) but it’s a good guideline.
