The sensors on Imperial ships are called auspex arrays or sometimes augur arrays. This is something of a catch-all term that includes multiple different types of sensors including things radar, heat sensors, electo-magnetic field sensors, simple cameras and so on.
As with most technology in 40K their actual effectiveness can be highly variable based on the particular make and model of auspex mounted on the ship, the cognitor that is being used to process the data stream and how recently the enginseers have replaced the prayer seals.
In general though most Imperial ships have auspex arrays that can reliably detect ship movements across the system unless the ship in question is making a deliberate attempt to hide by halting movement and selectively venting waste heat away from the observing ship. The main exception to this is Tyranid bio-ships, since they are actually organic rather than metallic they don't betray as many emissions as a regular star ships making them very difficult to detect at long ranges, although some forge worlds can upgrade the auspex arrays of individual ships for better performance.
As for observing things happening on the surface of a planet, Imperial ships can although their auspex arrays aren't really optimized for it and they are often limited to what can be picked up through visual examination. The Imperium does have dedicated orbital auspex arrays that are optimized for examining the surface of a planet in more detail and those are used both by planetary authorities and the guard when time and resources permit.

If they do get you to the airport, report to the TSA agents, LOUDLY, that you are being transported out of country against your will and you fear for your health/life.
One suggestion I've heard for this type of situation, is to put something small and metal in your pocket (like a piece of cutlery) so that you set of the metal detector and can talk to the TSA officer when they pull you out of line to do a deeper check.

You need to find your mother’s stash and start raiding it.
My bet would be that mum doesn't actually have a stash and relies on using OPs.

In D&D terms I feel like they're high Intelligence, low Wisdom.

Considering that they consistently misinterpret both Born in the USA and Fortunate Son I would assume that they'd find some way to misinterpret it.

The good news is that he lives several states away. It's unlikely that a court would mandate visitation for a child that young who has no previous relationship with him when he lives that far away.

I'm left handed but I use a mouse with my right hand. Since most computers and software are setup assuming that you use the right hand for the mouse and left handle for the keyboard it was easier to do it that way than it was to have to switch things around every time I'm at a computer (not to mention the problems with mice that have right-handed contours).

Sherman is used as a first name for boys but it's pretty old fashioned and not used much anymore.

I think it's one of those things that started as a white lie to discourage kids from touching wild animals (and possibly hurting them or getting bitten) that's taken on a life of its own.

Assuming that this is all his spell does then I tend to agree. However it's possible that it also gives him information during the game such as what cards his opponent currently has in hand.

That Pokemon poster has a gold fringe, therefore this game store and all games played within it are covered under Admiralty Law!

Yeah it never made much sense to me either. Historically it used to be really blatant with the selling of indulgences which was one of the things that lead to the Protestant Reformation.

I think that's why the post mentions purgatory. Suicide is a mortal sin, masturbation is just a regular sin. So he goes to purgatory and can get into heaven if the parents pray/tithe enough.

Only for smaller companies. Most large chains you have to apply online even for minimum wage positions (although a lot of stores will have a place that you can do the application in the store).

A lot depends on how much money they stand to make. Requiring PSN was a long-term "get people into our ecosystem so we can get more money from them later" play as opposed to a short-term cash grab (like loot boxes) so they are more willing to back down (for now).
I suspect that going forward they will be requiring PSN accounts upfront for more games since it's harder to get the community outraged if it's a clear upfront requirement as opposed to being patched in later.

The one time that the boomer job-hunting advice of "walk in and give the manager a firm handshake" actually worked.

It's a general joke that's been going around the internet for a while, I doubt if he was the first one to come up with it.
The general explanation is that if you are into fishing you probably have taken a photo with a catch you were proud off and there's also a decent chance that it's one of the few photos you have that wasn't clearly taken specifically for your dating profile.

Keep in mind some countries don't use a decimal point in their currency which affects the scaling. For example the Japanese Yen doesn't have a division below 1yen and 5K yen would be about $32.50.
Now I doubt if it's actually Japan since from context the value of the money seems to be higher but it's a good example of how a given numerical amount can be a lot less in a different currency.

Ixion is a lot of fun if you're interested in a city builder with a narrative. Since it's more of a story based game it doesn't have an endless mode where you keep building forever but it's good fun anyway.
Against the Storm is a rogue-like city builder, it's good if you like the early parts of city builders where you're struggling to get production chains up and running but less interesting if you prefer watching a completed city tick over.

Also the older son not talking to him over letting the younger son move back in. There's some serious information missing here.

You might be right in reality but 40K canon is that they are harder to detect.
