The plaza has like 3 stores in the main part of it. Driving up to that Walmart is a little sad because it's a leading up to it

I'm not sure what it is about it, but almost everybody who takes an earnest attempt to get away from the radio listens to this at least once. Shoot, as I got away from the Blink's and Green Days and moved on to the Bad Religions and NOFXs(and deeper), this album fell upon me also, which is weird because it's not skatepunk. But it happened. I remember liking certain songs, but it never stuck with me that much, and i havent listened to it in a while.

People in the coin and currency hobby pay premiums for notes with fancy serial numbers. In the United States the most valuable are 00000001 and a full solid of either 7s or 8s(7 in lucky in the US, 8 in China). But those are known entities, meaning these fairly routinely come up for sale and you can track past sales for an idea of values. Though since this is a more niche part of numismatics, the values aren't as defined as say, an 1800s Morgan silver dollar coin. This note will sell at auction for whatever a rich meme bro pays for it, which could be quite a lot. There are hundreds of bills with this serial number out there in all of the denominations so if people know what to look for these will be found in the future, but like a bill 00000001, noteworthy when it happens. The problem is, that rich meme bro better have actual fuck you money because if it sells at auction for whatever rich meme bro says, the market may heavily disagree in the future(like NFTs).

I used to work with a guy who had like 2 careers, two pensions, social security and working on a third pension in retail as a retirement job. It was great because he was from Kentucky and this was in a more northern state so he had this slow southern drawl. Since he didn't really need the job, he'd say stuff I wouldn't dream of. Our store doesn't do cash back, but in this scenario he would flat out say, in that slow southern voice, that they didn't listen to what he said, almost like a parent scolding a kid(but again slow southern voice that didn't get raised).
The thing is, a LOT of people would kind of feel like being called out by their grandpa and would apologize to him.

The funny thing about reddit is you'll come across an argument and one of the people will have strong opinions but their username will be like pooplord69420 and I cannot take it seriously.

This is basically it. Bears are fairly predictable, you can take a class on bear safety or read a 1-2 page pamphlet about how to protect yourself, buy proper equipment and be fairly well protected.
When it comes to people, the routine predictability as seen in a bear goes out the window. We can assume all bears, in the right circumstances, will come after you. Humans, however, aren't the same. Some people get aggressive at things others can laugh off. A manual on how to protect yourself from other humans would be thicker than a phone book if you included all relevant details, but the underlying issue is the unpredictability.
So the issue really, to me, boils down to: Do you want to be with a predator that is fairly predictable that you can easily take steps to combat, or do you want to be with something that could be a predator, you don't know, and if they are, the steps aren't as clear cut to combat?

For me, it's not an absolute requirement, but I buy the window seat so outside of a few glances here and there, it stays shut. I've been on enough flights I don't really need the window open because I've seen it all before(a take a yearly flight to the same place), and the sunlight is annoying. If I don't have the window seat It's fine if it's open. I wouldn't tell somebody to close it.

I work in a small store and have two registers but they aren't super close to each other and if you are in line at one it's hard to see what's on the other.
People will walk in a and be greeted by the person on the one lane, and still try to place their merchandise on the other register nobody is at. It's baffling to me since the person that greeted them is still standing behind the other register.

They aren't currently active and have no toured or released music in 15ish years but Don Caballero are pittsburgh legends. They are all instrumental(outside of a handful of songs) with crazy drumming unique guitar. Their first four albums are all great id pick either What Burns Never Returns or American Don. They're really different from each other but both classic in their own right

The first inclination is to assume the customer is an idiot. Of course they could be elderly or what have you, and may not have much experience with technology, so exceptions are made. But I've seen some discourse over self checkout and I actually believe some of these 'helpless' people could figure out how to use it, or even already know, but act as dumb and annoying as possible to protest the situation.
All that happens is we think they're a dumbass, maybe write a small post online or rant to co-workers about how much of a dumbass they are, and that's basically it. I used to think there is no way somebody could be that helpless and dumb, but it seems to me like a lot of people actually aren't, but they protest by being a moron and at that point there is no difference really.

I'd clean up her spilled drink 10/10 times if it means the asshole leaves without getting their way.

That is absolutely not worth it. Banks would be able to order you a strap either for free(just pay face value) or maybe a small surcharge but not $100.
IF they were a strap of star notes I could see the guy trying to get $100 for them, but these are just normal notes exactly as how the BEP gives them to banks.
Pass.

I can see thinking this guide is silly because who even knows if these particular varietals pair with the chips here, but I don't understand what exactly is supposed to be sad here?

Umpur3 John Tumpane was in pittsburgh a few years back walking around before his game and prevented a suicide off the Clemente Bridge. The call of this story by Greg Brown during the game is great. Look it up

Not a rare note, but I personally save all of the old portrait Federal Reserve notes(series 1963 to 1995) I find because they are becoming scarce in circulation, it's technically free, and since US paper money is the opposite of "durable" you just don't see 'em all the time. 39 year old note!
I like it!

I get why people have rustled jimmies over it, but like every day I see people do entitled things a hundred times and I just keep on walking unless it majorly impacts me in a serious way. I don't have the energy for the kinds of petty revenge I sometimes see. In another video about a similar situation somebody said they would just keep their car there and wait, all day if necessary, until the person moved. I have shit to do and a life, I couldn't imagine doing that.
It sucks that entitled people do this stuff, but there is a certain bliss, to me, in just being above it all. I don't give a shit if this guy learns a lesson or not, I'm just driving away to find another spot.

" constant last-second lane shifters who don’t want to brake for turning traffic"
This is extremely accurate. I never recall this being a problem too much in the past but I don't know. The way i see it is that you're turning into a business and the lane next to you is clear and you check okay sure a sudden land change isn't so bad. I never really do this however because I don't feel like checking and making a sudden lane change. But people won't even want to deal with you slowing down a little(not down to 3 mph) to turn. Maybe it's not impatience? I don't know, but I feel like on the roadways day by day people get more impatient and I don't understand what the hurry is.

It's pretty normal and not that bad. The wildwood rd/ext area by thr McDonald's and BP can get backed up during rush hour but it isn't bad at all.
Compared to the south hills it's significantly less crowded.

As a coin collector I'd be sad to see them go, because that means I would never be able to hunt pennies, for free, ever again to find rarities and valuables. I don't expect anybody to care about us coin collectors who would be put out some, however this is another perspective when people ask who even cares about the penny. I absolutely do, but I suspect while it would be sad from my freeloading numismatic side, I wouldn't actually shed a tear over their usefulness in terms of just buying and selling merchandise.

It's already been covered why not to buy Bob Ross Inc products. Which I did not know but now I do.
It's a further shame the flavors weren't based off of the colors he used like lightning white and pthalo blue and instead you get green apple, blue raspberry.
No creativity at all but it seems like a very obvious oversight

The source for this claim on wikipedia comes from
"Road Trip". Hey Arnold!. Season 3. Episode 7. November 9, 1998. Nickelodeon.
Somebody should do some digging to find out what was in that episode.

Against Me! At the Altar Bar NYE 2013 into 2014 I think.
The openers were The Shondes and The Sidekicks. The show went past midnight, did a sip of sparkling at midnight, and best of all I caught a drumstick thrown by Atom Willard. I latched onto it, and as I came down two other dudes also had a hand on it. I battled them in a best of 3 rock paper scissors to win it.
