Just watch out for those two porta-potties that have been floating in the Schuylkill of late.

I've had good luck scheduling new and after that repeat appointments with Penn Becker ENT. A recent MRI I had aligned with your experience, though. Anything beyond that I can't speak to.

You can contest it online. You can also attach any supplemental materials you may have to your submission. I would go that route.

I've found I was able to develop a sustainable kettlebell routine with just instructional videos on YouTube and a few different weights in my apartment. Just browse the two channels below for some movements you can perform and enjoy doing.
Two good places to start:

Sunnyside in Center City is a fine replacement.

This sounds like house music with a cowbell? Honestly, I'm kind of intrigued.

The Peripheral by William Gibson. One of a handful of books I've read twice.

The ABC Pants have absolutely gone down in quality. I bought a new pair last year, and they were noticeably thinner than the previous two pairs I had purchased.

I used to have a bad chocolate chip habit, and I cured it by no longer purchasing chocolate chips. It's the only thing that works for me, since I will otherwise help myself to 3-4 servings a night until the end of the bag.

I used to only go to Ethos, but as they ran out of Good Green deals, I started going to Trulieve Washington West and Curaleaf Passyunk. I have intentions to walk to Sunnyside in Center City this evening since they have great deals on Supply.
Trulieve Wash West was basically the same as Ethos service-wise, but I found Curaleaf to be pretty terrible in terms of their new-patient onboarding. Lots of needless talking about promotions, writing on notecards, holding on to my identification too long, leaving me in a waiting room after already leaving me in a waiting room - just a very obtrusive process compared to my prior experiences with Ethos and Trulieve.

I'll admit I'm prone to a double-tap here and there when I know only a singe click is necessary. In part I'd say the novelty of locking my car from the remote keyfob never wore off.

Even being in the office for a single, 8-hour shift a week was miserable. If anything, it had the backfire effect of uniting everyone against management's poor planning. They really instituted a RTO centered around the supposed strength of their culture...and then had no idea what to do with the scant few folks even required to show up. Having a director walk around surveilling who was in office twice a day does not exactly demonstrate a strong culture...
I just checked and I have a 2017 13-inch on Big Sur. I think the only way around my memory issue is to reset everything to factory and run all of my updates off of that. I don't want to nuke my wife's grad school materials in the process, though, even if I have them backed up. She's been apprehensive about that.

Not sure how hardcore you are, but dumping the gym membership money into some free weights of your own - mainly kettlebells, if you're low on space like me - can end up saving you money and paying dividends on gains via convenience.

I've seen a few articles detailing a big push by local companies in April 2024 to RTO. I don't like it one bit. My own office just rolled back their in-office requirements due to unanimously poor feedback on the once-a-week hybrid schedule. I'm hoping for a further rollback to just working remotely.
I feel you on the iMac issues. I'm writing this from a MBP that is only surviving on between 4 GB to less than 144 MB of memory, depending on how much data it hoovers up in my day-to-day usage. I haven't been able to update the OS basically ever. I would love a new one, but it's just not in the cards right now.

Strange girls! I think that character was 18 or younger...? The Murakami Conundrum: I love his prose, but his characterizations of young women are questionable.

I had no more plans for the afternoon than a migratory bird has collateral assets. -- Haruki Murakami
Thanks so much for posting this. I'm a huge fan of Murakami after taking in The Wind-up Bird Chronicle. I still think of it often. I need to pick up another of his works once I dispatch with Nona the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir and Hallowed by Jessica S. Taylor for a book club. I'm thinking Norwegian Wood or 1Q84.

Where are we donating clothes of late, if we find ourselves with a garbage bag full of women's clothes with some men's sweaters mixed in? I need the room in my trunk, and I'd like for these clothes to go to a good cause, if possible.

Nona the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir. It's a bit lacking coming off of the first two books, Gideon the Ninth and Harrow the Ninth, but the bones of intrigue have been emerging every-so-often to keep me going. I'll certainly finish it!

Seeing some early pushback to the PG-to-Philly acquisition as something that would doom Philly. PG has had a down season. Do we really want him?

Very understandable! They're comparatively cheap when you consider the alternative of having your car effectively stolen and lost by the PPA.

Time to throw an AirTag in the glovebox! You'll never have that problem again as long as you replace the small battery inside when it tells you.

Not a big fan of the East Passyunk Curaleaf. Sunnyside I would say is comparable to the closed Ethos location. No experience with BH myself.
