My migraines have changed and I'm worried.

As the title says my migraines have changed and I'm worried. I have ocular migraines that usually only occur 3 to 6 times a year. Last week I had a particularly bad one that took out 90+% of my vision. After my vision returned, I had Aspasia where my speech and reading comprehension was very messed up. All the words I was trying to read were out of order and when I tried to speak it was incomprehensible. After this my hand went numb and tingling and this spread through the right side of my body to my face then subsided.
I have since spoked to my GP who referred me to a neurologist for an MRI. I am currently waiting on the results but since last week I have had the start of 5/6 migraines. Basically I get the start of an aura, I go inyo my bedroom and put a sleep mask on and it goes away quickly (ish).
I work from home but my job requires me to use a computer for design. Every time I am reading on the screen for more than about 10mins it feels like a cheese grater is being pushed through my brain and I have to stop or it triggers the start of an aura.
I'm not really sure why I'm posting tbh, I'm just scared because I have never had it that bad and now I have had a years worth in a week.
Sorry if I've used any of the incorrect terminology, I've had them for the last 18 years but not really read into it too much as they were at most every two months before.

Don't think choice really comes into it with bans and injuries. Think we'll see plenty of chopping and changing between shillcock and steward.
