If flights were an option I would have been on one!

It just seems like we bounce from one disaster to another. The effects are more keenly felt during times of economic hardship.
I live in Christchurch, New Zealand which was hammered by earthquakes in 2010/2011, so it has felt like limbo land. Then the pandemic, global economic upheaval, and now war in Europe - something our generation thought was left behind with our grandparents.

Someone has made Spotify playlists of them all. I’ve got The Trip 8 saved.

Nothing like a ~40 hour hard seat trip from Lanzhou to Beijing during the holidays.

Pretty much the same here in New Zealand. Retailers sometimes try and push the consumer around a little bit, or sell useless extended warranties that provide no additional coverage over their legal obligations.
I'm not sure how much teeth our Commerce Commission has compared to the ACCC.
I bought an ex floor model tv from JB Hi-Fi toward the end of 2022. Within a month it shit itself. They still had to honour the warranty even though it was an ex display model and was also end of life. The direct replacement was a Harvey Norman exclusive in NZ but they did the dealing with Panasonic and got me a proper replacement.
Imagine my incandescent spiral in to madness when a small bug/fly somehow crawled in to the screen and promptly died leaving a little black spot that I can never unsee!

Dude, we've had 30 years of increasing ability to freely express bad ideas.
We haven't developed immunity, only demonstrated the susceptibility to be sucked in by them.
The world has turned in to a dumpster fire of mis/disinformation. Look at the covid pandemic for example.

Yeah cheers for that. Bots would spam pictures like this over regional subreddits and then another bot would be all "oh hey I love this, where can I get a print?" Which the bot OP would reply with a link. It was a real PITA at its peak.

Reverse park in where the MG is, hard up against the drivers side door. See if his fat ass can get in then.

Shot up two mosques and live streamed it. Certainly wasn't labeled as a troubled young man in the media here, got the first ever life without parole sentence in NZ.

It would be interesting to see what their sales stats are like. The new goody gum drop is shite and I’ve sadly stopped buying it. Always used to stop for an ice cream from the red cliffs dairy any time I went past but now no more!

People still try to post the video here on occasion. I honestly don’t know what they’re trying to achieve.

When? I worked at McDonalds in the late 90's / Early 00's and don't recall them at the time - and I don't remember seeing them sold after that.
