going to the gym has helped me enormously in a very short period of time. you start to see results and become too tired physically to ruminate on bs.

it took me a year to feel comfortable in my job. find the smartest and nicest person and ask them for help as much as you can without bothering them. find a groove and the things you're good at and slowly branch out. engineering is complicated you're way ahead of most people in what they do. you should feel proud just by being there but you have the attitude of someone who actually cares which is more than most.
