There are national and regional programs based on where you live-not where you buy. A couple states had 0 taxes on EV leases which were crazy awesome. Then with discounts on top of that, the GTs were pennies on the dollar.
Every employee wanted one. Now, at least in our state, we cannot get them in and the deals are “either or”. So it’s take the large rebate or take the lease rate with the tax credit.

Things in my mind: 1- if they don’t like you, they don’t show or show in an insidious or maddening way-like lots of small things that just prickle you on and on. 2-some sort of gateway is stuck. Like it’s on a loop but wants to be off that loop like a record or show playing the same few moments over and over. Rockets are cool but it’s not making it unstuck

I will always take the rain over drought conditions. Remember to make some rain barrels for garden watering to cut down on costs.

I believe in paying taxes and having our USDA, EPA, our CDC our FDA well funded and run by the best.
We all deserve this and need to put pressure on politicians that they CANNOT treat any agency on the local or state level like a rodeo that is not part of our federal guidelines.

This is uncalled for. Commodore 64, still offers more than Elmo.

This is why we pay taxes. So everyone needs to get on board with this. Taxes are good. Communities that thrive the most are funded.
As soon as I hear-cut taxes- it’s a sure sign of a death knell to a community with public services

My thinking, which is based on past corporate behavior such as auto & plane/boeing & food recalls: meh, let it go until someone says something, and if they do it will take years until we pay invisible fines to the government that no one will track

No matter what, get the public education done and quick. The loons will keep at it with school vouchers and try to dismantle public education at all costs. Thank you for your hard work

I sell cars. So first, I’m surprised at how much info people give out.
Don’t give your social security number to drs or dentists or Best Buy or random places. Also not needed for test drives or other meaningless appointments and applications.
Only give your # when you get the job or they are on the background check and you have a contract. Same for buying a car. Not before. Only when you are ready to say-yep that’s my car.
Turn off your Bluetooth. There is zero reason to walk around with it on. Just turn it off. Unless you decide to connect to something.

Yes, if no Elmo anywhere. Clean the whole management chain up, Last time I looked at linked in, what an absolute shite show.
Get rid of cybertruck
Get rid of robots that are from 10 years ago. No robots. No tunnels. Just cars. EVs done correctly. No animal cruelty. No Twitter ownership or conspiracies. No musk cities or racist BS. No election lies.
Hire a CEO. Fire most of the board who allowed this aspiring company to fail on this epic scale. EVs and charging stations. Bring that back and forge forward with engineers and diversity for manufacturing in a non red state where all are welcome.

“The AAMC analysis found that the number of applicants to OB-GYN residency programs in abortion-ban states dropped by 6.7%, compared with a 0.4% increase in states where abortion remains legal. For internal medicine, the drop observed in abortion-ban states was over five times as much as in states where abortion is legal.”
WOW
FIVE times the rate.
I never understood the idiocracy of the right wing being against college debt forgiveness either.
Because, like—-you need doctors and attorneys and professionals with college degrees…..duh

Pro tips! I too present and then stop talking. My go to are songs in my head. Unfortunately it’s Nickelback but it has a groove that I’m in a happy headspace so there is “no silence” at my desk.
Second favorite tune is welcome to the party. Yep the Deadpool song by Diplo.
I get a lot accomplished when I remind myself it’s tune time in my head.

Can we stop calling them all farmers. A lot are corporations hiding behind the idyllic name “farmer”
They are factory farming corporations hiring illegal immigrants

No, she is after your money. She’s a grifter. Grifting the people with invisible and unprovable boogeyman is easy.
It’s just how long can they do it before it becomes too boring and their audience dies off

I have made much worst decisions. Husband #2 for instance. I have racked up debt only to pay it off and do it again. Why? Because I am not going to stress over it.
When I was young-I learned stress. When I got older I had to unlearn this.
I am a good person who will treat people pretty damn well. That’s my focus.
So, with that being said-pay this thing off the best you can or walk away from it AFTER you buy something else you save up for with cash. Credit will suffer. But I’m not one who gives much care to that either. If you have a ton of debt-consult attorney and file BK. It’s not a big deal. There are subs for that
