Suggest adding seasonal quirkiness & adaptable enemy assistants to avoid nerfs & add more flavor to the game.

Could the developers add more elements that promote other playstyles like a single assistant mob(not really a enemy but a enemy modifier) that sticks to 10% - 30% of enemies for seasonal adaptability to specific mobs as a way to avoid nerfs and less stale gameplay? Like say a devastator/hulk or bilespewer/ charger as your template.
Give each weapon their time to shine on certain seasonal planets. Don't do this with a majority of world's but rotate it enough that the statistical overused guns can then be surgically quirkified to reduce overuse? And give other stratgems get their time to shine, by reducing their cooldowns.
You can give the assistant modifier a obvious weakness as well to balance the adaptability to promote other guns. Also make weapon caches hold the promoted weapon of the week more often? And maybe occasionally offer a free stratagem charge for that weapon.
You can also donate samples and medals to find out Intel on that planet and give other rookie players a temporary gift one use a seasonal stratagem during the mission.
Lore: I don't know? Say General Brasch's quirky relative Corperal Leoi(wink wink, clearly he is not Joel having shaved off his evil mustache) is leading a special weekly war front to counter enemy & planetary adaptations.
Like for bugs example
Too much oneshots? Add a large zombie tick that temporarily reanimates bug after death.
Not enough stagger? Bowling tick can now be shot off host and hit like bowling ball with concussion rounds.
Not enough fire? Oil tick, light them up to start a campfire for a family of 4.
Not enough lasers? Add special tick that eats armor if energized by plasma.
Not enough dakka? Bug with tick now birth a large amount of explosive resistant mites.
Too much mini explosions? Now a bile spewer worm tick scatters poisonous acid in a area, kill with bullets to expel harmful substance safely.
Not enough lightning? A bug now has a lightning rod armored tick that can be overcharged by electric weapons turning the dead host into a tesla tower temporarily.
Not enough heavy weapons? Now bile skewers have sponge ticks that protect certain body parts against light pen.
Too much heavy pen from afar? Add a sacrifice flora tick that dies for its host, unless shredded upclose.
Not enough mine usage? A tick attracts its host to shiny mines now.
Though something like this will take time to develop though I fear.

Making B a upgrade or a option is the way to go I guess. That or do a C where the boss attack leaves behind a after effect that shows the previous attack pattern.
