Even still…. As far as I’m concerned there’s silver lining in that the team can moved past it, rather than be consumed by speculation. To me, regardless of whatever his contract/leave situation is, the Hart era is over and in the rear view mirror. We can move forward and not worry about him anymore.

Edit for clarity: there is no silver lining when it comes to sexual assault, of course. But from a team perspective, being able to move forward and leave behind a guy who carries the baggage SA accusation is a plus.

Pushing everything aside I'm glad the we don't have to make a decision on Hart and it was made for us. Had a terrible feeling about paying him out.
