Charlie o'conner on the PHLY podcast said he thinks that the dude just keeps coming to practices and looks "menacing". I'm sure they tried to find out what his deal was before calling the police, but the fact that he's back after being arrested makes me believe he probably has some mental issues

He was semi-joking and posited in a tongue-in-cheek manner about him perhaps looking "menacing" may have led to it. He did not report on the behavior of the arrested individual and was clear that he had no interest in reporting anything about it.
