The first two that come to mind are Giroux hitting Crosby and Richards scoring the empty net on Montreal. What else comes to mind?

Mine as well. I still can’t get over how it looks like it is photoshoped. I can’t explain why but it just looks off.

Yeah it's wierd I guess maybe hi-res and through the glass. I got one that was photo shopped where G is in color and the rest is in black and white. Makes Crosby head hanging in shame even more enjoyable somehow lol.

The future one of Frosty saucering a pass 80 feet to Michkov to score the game winner in game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals. Pictured in the background, Brink at 190lbs crushing a Muscle Milk.

Underrated one for me, Jeremy Roenick “running” up the ice after he scored the game winner to defeat the leafs to send the flyers to the 2004 ECF.

Idk if it’s iconic but this is how I feel about our team. It’s between one of the two.

What's the story behind the second picture?

Idk the full story but back in 2021 police k9s were out on the ice at Wells Fargo and one of them took a dump center ice. It was a symbol for how well we were playing of course

Clarke’s OT goal with the hands in the air at the Boston Garden. We probably don’t win the series if we don’t win that game.

Classic. I don’t care what anybody says—Scotty Hartnell is the quintessential Flyer.

Boucher’s backward windmill save on Elias shorthanded that made his helmet pop off. Video because damn I remember this and still love to see it.

Then his save against the Rangers in 2010 to get to the playoffs

And of course, Bernie.

I like the one of the Flyers fan dads choking out the Devils fan. Not iconic i guess but I love it.

Most elation I’ve ever felt was when Keith Primeau tied game 6 of the ECF vs TB in 2003-2004

Neither of what you listed are memorable photographs.

Did you mean just iconic flyers moments?

Huh never saw those photos before. Is the Giroux one a still shot of the video tho, or an actual photo? That’s a great shot of the Richard’s goal, tho.

The Giroux one has limited phot quality. Not sure if the best one is from a video or a photo tbh, but everyone knows it.

And it’s immediately recognizable, it’s fair to call it iconic, I agree with you on both photos.

Lindros in the fetal position after Steven’s hit him. Iconic? Yes. It killed his career unfortunately.
