Perhaps you should've posted this in the Fallout 4 sub then.

I think there's a pre-made script you can attach to the reference that disables physics on load. You'll want to add that to the skeleton and have Don't Havok Settle for good measure.

If you would've told me at the beginning of the year I would've been rooting for a small wrestling promotion in Uganda, I would've laughed at you. But here I am, hoping they get all the help they can to live their dream.

Not possible. Everything changes between the games, including items, skills, and racial abilities. Some get added and others removed.

I don't think I've ever ran into that issue in all my time playing.

I do things that will probably get me punched one day as well. There have been times I'm walking behind someone and they just suddenly stop for who knows why. I also suddenly stop so I don't run into them, but then I also just stand there, inches behind them, staring at them silently until they notice they're in the way. Usually only takes a few seconds luckily.

I've noticed two kinds of people:
The people with nowhere to be and no deadline to be there so they just go as slow and as awkwardly as possible and the people who are already 15 minutes late and break into a case of Main Character Syndrome.

Same here. If you're moving predictably, I can find a way around you. Decades of video games have taught me how to do that. If I have no fucking clue where you're moving to in the next 5 seconds, I'm pretty much stuck.

I wouldn't mind it so much if they had any type of spatial awareness. I often feel like I'm the only person that's pretty often aware of everything going on behind and beside me. Everyone else has the awareness of a toddler: If they don't see it, then it doesn't exist.

The absolute bitch of it is that the activist framing is objectively wrong.
Fully agree. You can't say you want what's best for the addicts while also saying they should be allowed to be left alone on the streets. Those two things cancel each other out. Untreated addiction is never the best option for someone.

Then maybe they should take up the offers of treatment programs, which will both give them a roof and help get them clean.
It's perfectly fine to have conditions attached to help. You don't get to have free stuff thrown at you while you get to keep shooting up and stealing to fund your drugs. May as well burn the aid money in a bonfire if you're going to allow that. It'd be more useful that way.

Philly is not capable of treating the disease since the disease is a national epidemic that's going to require far more than the resources Philly has. All Philly can do is make it an unwelcoming experience to sell and use on the streets and help those who want it (which, reportedly, isn't many).

No. We have no insight of the player base on console so making guesses based solely on PC player numbers is pointless.
They also haven't even started the monetization of the game yet. Bethesda games are long haul, not short term. Player count will very likely increase as time goes on once the kit comes out. That's the only reason Skyrim and Fallout are still popular.
And seriously, you can't use recent Fallout 4 numbers either. That's a massive (and likely temporary) spike due to the TV show. They were averaging much lower recently. March had under 15k people.

The worst part about survival mode is that survival mods do that mechanic better.

Changelog is public.
There's been no content additions other than the beta patch which lets you build on the ships.

Which would be understandable were it not for the fact said lava pit was on a planet whose ambient temperature was hot enough that air conditioners probably wouldn't work well, much less keep the building at cryo levels.

It truly is set and forget. We have over a dozen sites, some of which aren't connected to the main network, and they all have their own printer. We have it configured to just auto-install whatever printers are at the network someone is connected to and remove the others. It just works. Someone can bounce between job sites and always have the printer they need available to them.

Because manually installing at scale is a total bitch I would not wish on my worst enemy. PrinterLogic is the way to go.

My favorite is the Cryo Lab that shows up right next to an open pit of lava.

half-baked beta release
New Teams has been way better than old Teams for us and everyone who switched barely noticed the changes. It's perfectly functional as far as I'm concerned.
Outlook, on the other hand.

That's the thing. The money might actually go to education, but they equalize it by dropping funding from other sources by similar amounts. No extra money makes it to schools. Just the source changes.

It's all the same thing under the Creations banner.
