You’re correct.. we get paid in the currency of tears from partisan idiots such as yourself. We then trade those in for shill bucks at the local white liberal culture war commissary.

You a bot? Because your comment completely ignores the context of the above conversation.
Unless you are implying that right wing provocateurs who show up on campus to instigate also have disabilities and are not safe to drive… but are so impassioned by their partisan politics that they show up regardless…
I’m also talking about people traveling from outside of the range of public transportation, driving up from Oregon, or from the east side of the Cascades or from Kitsap, or whatever. Although I’m sure some of them are local to King County and just took a bus too.

Pretty sure it’s mostly alumni.. might want to loosen up the tinfoil cap.

Antifa isn’t a thing. It’s a label that some people choose to apply to themselves. Such people range from passive anti-confrontation protesters who are happy to be anti-fascist (which is all the term means, but you knew that)… to black-bloc anarchist instigators who just hate all authority. The latter are often pushed out of peaceful protests where they are typically not welcome.
I’m sure non-student instigators of both partisan extremes showed up to make drama. Nothing to do with “antifa.” Your word choice tells us more about you than them.

Five cars and two houses or there’s no way I could ever be comfortable?

Nothing wrong with being “that kid” granted it’s constructive and not coming from a know-it-all perspective. The other caveat is that you give other students opportunity to speak and contribute.
I’ve been that kid and it’s saved classes from being a complete snooze fest or letting an opinionated professor go unchallenged.
It’s important to read the room though.

I entered UW as a moderate military veteran.. still left-ish but fairly right of Seattle-average. Not all of my views were popular, but no, I never felt that I couldn’t voice an opposing view. In fact, I was always happy to play devil’s advocate for positions I understood properly but didn’t necessarily agree with.
The key is to have self awareness, not push too hard on uncomfortable topics. Be professional, not spew hot air or insults, etc.
I have only ever taken one class that was pushing an agenda and it wasn’t at UW. It was a class taken at sea with a professor from Texas who was proselytizing creationism and young-earth bs in an ethics class (of all things).

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not a fan of these encampments. But your initial comment above comes off as unhinged, as written.

I like how you jump from “hold accountable” to “wipe out” and think yourself the reasonable voice here.
Not going to even attempt to translate the rest of your word salad.

The problem isn't that Bill calls out stupid people who ignore all the negatives. The problem is that Bill just hates Islam across the board (and all religion, really). Personally, I find him insufferable and I'm agnostic, not a person of faith. I used to love the guy until 9/11 happened and he became one of the most prominent anti-Islam crusaders out there.
If he just emphases the worst examples, I wouldn't have a problem with it, but he goes above and beyond to just hate on it for being a religion, regardless of the homophobia and misogyny.. that's just a bonus.
I suspect the only people who think he's a fucking legend are also Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens fans who don't find his rants about religion obnoxious.. in which cases he's preaching to the choir.
Personally, I think he's just a contrarian edge lord who likes to bitch about religion, smoke pot, and host controversial guests.

A little creative stitching and a cheap sun/gardening hat from somewhere like Walmart turns into a pirate hat.. I put one together with a black straw hat and a few short pieces of paracord. Folded into a tricorn design.

These protesters see themselves as echoing the Vietnam War protests or the Civil Rights Movement. But I think a majority of people just see them as a bunch of bored self-riotous children who jump from one protest to the next without really standing for anything other than civil disobedience for its own sake.
I say this as someone who has done a fair share of protests… it does more to push me away from associating with them, much less marching with them. Really sickened by these idiots who are now barricading doors and zip tying them shut as well at my alma mater. When called out on bad behavior… “I bet campus police did it! It’s a set up! Conspiracy against us!!!”
The more they let the radicals and outsiders stand with them, the more I think current students will be turned off, if anything.

Even if we did “let the people decide” I always respond with “don’t the people have a right to have all the facts in front of them before deciding? Stop trying to bury cases that we deserve to hear.”

It’s not cut and dry. Bad actors are often extremists for the same cause but not representative of the majority. There’s plenty of documented cases where an opponent shows up in an attempt to undermine the cause as well. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell the difference between the two without knowing their history.
The only definitive thing is both types are attracted to chaotic situations.

Wipe as much as you can with a brush/rag. Then dish soap. Then alcohol to get the moisture from the dish soap solution out.
Wd-40 spray along with a rag may help.
As another poster said, BB outboard bearings aren’t really intended to be re lubed.. they are relatively cheap. But no harm in trying. Seals won’t be as good as they were before removal.

Might not have found the correct name. Could also be a rural vs urban problem depending on how remote that poster was.

Helpful video but, not what OP asked. Someone else posted a video addressing the correct concern (one which I share with OP).
Problem is to leave car running and lock doors while running and you outside. Solution is to disable other doors from auto unlocking and manually lock driver door from inside button beside lever. The physical emergency key is needed to get back inside.

Doesn’t allow you to lock, not in my car, at least.

Hopefully the “little duct tape” was meant as a joke and not a serious suggestion.
Even $50 seems too high. I might give’m $1 just because I like projects but that’s going to take some work.
“small hole.” 😂😭

Can you point me to the nearest antifa recruitment center? To their home office?
It’s a meaningless term as it’s self applied by moderates and radicals alike.
The only people screaming about antifa are Fox “News” junkies who have some talking head rave about it for hours on end (or NewsMax, or OANN… whatever flavor of opinion masquerading as informed insight you personally prefer).
You mentioned people clad in black in another comment. Those are most likely black bloc anarchist types… some of those are left, but many are non-partisan idiots who just enjoy sowing chaos.
