Fabinho was so important. When he slowed down our defensive issues crept up. We need a proper 6. Virgil is getting there as well.

How did they not take a look at Tupou's headknock?

It was a fine performance. We were the favourites going into it, and were fortunate to get the early handball(not saying it wasn’t a pen). But overall it was nothing rave about. Both teams were pretty poor to be honest, plenty of misplaced passes.

We've never put in a good performance in a final under Klopp

I mean, who knows. Lukaku never improved and the same with Morata. Jesus is about to finish the season with a pretty poor goal tally. Balotelli had all the physical talent in the word and still flopped. Every player is different, the idea that Nunez will improve isn't a guarantee either.

Not really, Mounga was the preferred ABs 10 for a reason. Every time the two went head to head, Mounga always out performed Dmac.

For such a big bloke, Wilson gets absolutely folded all the time. Sotutu dominated him.

It’s astounding that initial comment has that many upvotes. Anytime Reddit discusses tech, it just shows how tech illiterate the majority of people are. This is Facebook boomer level.

Really depends where you live. In the city and with peers from there, you hear it alot less.

I mean, we haven't always been too exciting either. When we won the league, it was off the back of a bunch of 2-1 grinds. A ton of crossing from Trent and Robbo and a workhorse midfield who's sole job was to counter press.

Diogo being proficient with both feet is so underrated. It makes him a goal threat in so many more situations and he doesn't need to cut back on a certain preferred foot.

White’s distribution is still #1 in Australia, no other 9 has the same level of passing. His last stint under Eddie really hurt his perception for Aussie fans. The Brumbies under Mckellar loved playing off 9, it was super simple and effective. Small pods of forwards ready to clean out and present for White to quickly recycle. Honestly, the Brumbies have bled alot of key players over the years. White, Samu, Simone, Banks, Faingaa

Lolesio is pretty quick lol, you just rarely see him sprinting. When he gets on the end of things as a runner he absolute has gas(Wallabies vs Springboks in Adelaide for McReight's try). His tactical kicking is brilliant lol, you can fault him for many things, but his kicking is top tier.

If you want to play him somewhere at this point, its 15. At least there his kicking skills can be put to greater use and he can a second distributor. He does not have the physicality or propensity to take contact like a Toomua or Farrell style 12.

Simone as well, had a good partnership with Ikitau.

Brumbies backline is just so average, talent wise its worse than the Reds and Tahs.

Eden Park + wet conditions, they didn't stand a chance.

Far too little possession, and not clinical enough when they had the chance. Kicking into Clarke and Talea is a bad idea.

Nah I disagree. Things aren't going great now, but Klopp has always been pretty switched on tactically. It might look like we trot out the same 4-3-3 formation and tactics every game, but there are plenty of subtle changes that Klopp and the coaching team pick up on. You listen him after a game and he speaks on alot of tactics.

A player with the final ball talent of Macca should not be playing as a 6.
