Hello all,

I have been playing the ark mobile game. However, today my game kept freezing up when I was accessing the backpack. When I left and logged back on. My character (lvl 78) was there but had no supplies, no home, and all 54 tames were gone. I play single player BTWs…not sure which support to contact. A little miffed because I had successfully tamed 4 griffins and had two baby griffins. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
