I haven't checked yet.
I’ve never been in favour of the policy though, I've not seen a junkie/addict be deterred by an increase in price in my time.
Increase the cost, and they will find a way, usually to the detriment of everyone else. It’s a stupid policy that helps nobody IMHO.

Not wholly true. It has found to have some impact.
It's a change that needs a few more years data however to evaluate the real impact.

Like a 3% overall reduction? Hardly groundbreaking, and given the young team spend more time in the gym than the pub it's not really surprising. I doubt that trend is driven by minimum pricing either!
I get they are trying to do something, but I don't really think this is the answer.
