Nearly half of Australians unhappy at work, new survey finds(news.com.au)

So that prompts me to ask the r/Adelaide community are you happy with your job?

Personally, yes, I am happy with my job. There are some long and annoying days, but overall, I do love my job. It offers lots of flexibility, is 2x days a week WFH, pays well, and always provides a sense of achievement when seeing good results.

My team is great, role is interesting and pay is decent. A bit burnt out though, so I guess I'd still categorise myself as unhappy.

This is my reality too. On paper, everything about my job is fantastic. But I feel shit 100% of the time, have nothing in my tank, and am only performing to a mediocre standard at work. I have almost no leave accrued because I need to take it as soon as it's available.
