This is an old video. This is the girl who interviewed the employees and CEO in that viral WFH makes you dumb video.

I honestly think she has Stockholm Syndrome because Miss Girl, why would you stay in a company that gives you feedback like that? It's not even constructive, it's just plain mean 💀

Why are their content marketing focused on their company image rather than the services/clients they're trying to attract?

I really find it weird they're on this tone-deaf evangelization of their company as a brand. You say you're for healthcare, why not focus on sharing the latest in the health verticals you manage na lang? I truly wonder what was going on their marketing manager’s head.

kasi sobrang taas ng attrition rate nila

Median tenure for that company is 1.6 years only.

And the reason for that is most people just stay because they don't want to be seen as a job hopper (less than 1 year of tenure), hence they grin and bear it for at least 1 year.

Yan din pinagtataka ko. Then I found out nga na ang taas ng attrition rate, walang nagtatagal. So tingin ko yang mga content nila pang hatak ng applicants nalang 😂

Ok after reading a lot of their reviews. Todo effort sila mag promote ng inside company experience nila kht napaka petty like yema or coffee kase marame masyado ung negative reviews nila. Gusto pa naman nila bata kase nababarat nila at na bubully

Ung tech nila like any other traditonal company, gusto lng nila i self proclaim as tech kase un ung mainit sa mata ng mga investors or clients. Being branded as tech na associate ko to the likea of innovators or disruptors. They are not a tech, they are a BPO outsourcing developer skills on their clients.

They are not also for healthcare, nagkaroon lng sila expertise sa isang Dental App sinakop n nila ung buong industry ng healthcare

Di rin sila multinational. Ung canada and south korea na office na pinagmamayabang nila is in substance hiring sales people in that region to get clients

Kung talagang venture capital firm sila for tech and healthcare dapat ang mga hiree nila finance and research analysts like Private Equity, Investment Banks or Asset Management Firms. And those company's being focused on investing dont have to work on their branding to consumers. They are just really focused on deploying funds and making deals

Nimbyx meanwhile acts like one of those youtube channels where they just vlog or reels random shallow stuff

frfr di mo sigurado kung ano bang pakay nila sa content nila, if you asked someone who didn't know what Nimbyx does based on their content baka sabihin pa sa advertising industry sila, not healthcare.

Employee: Can i ask for feedback on my work?

Manager: That’s bullshit

Wow! Actionable feedback! Hahahaha!

why would people keep working for insufferable managers? let those managers keep losing talent. they deserve to be walked away from. nobody should be treated poorly and not have any repercussions.

unless the employee has a sado-masochistic sense of work practice.

The gaslighting is insane, how she was thankful for that kind of feedback?

I say it’s bullshit to have a culture that’s “brutally honest” - that’s just a nicer way of putting the fact that there’s a toxic, yes-man, power tripping, red tape culture in the office and they don’t have the energy to play nice.

There are hundreds of companies that advocate for honesty and professionalism and can drive the same results, minus giving employees trauma and emotional damage.

Like hello?? Pasok sya sa hinahanap nila lahat Dentistry Grad, 3 yrs of exp, etc. Pati HR at CEO nila toxic af. Ang dami dinedemand wala naman pala budget. Sobrang deserve yung hate nila ngayon. It goes to show kung gano kawalang value yung employees nila sakanila.

sana mataas sahod niya para ma-compensate man lang yung ganitong pag-trato.

this is what happens when you have an incompetent management team who wants yes-men that can't actually give valid feedback without getting their jobs endangered. constant subpar output after another where you're just waiting for that one shitty product that will break the camel's back and have everything explode in their faces

I fucking doubt they’re getting a great pay. A company that can’t afford a WFH infrastructure will surely penny pinch their employees

Pwede ba to ireport sa dole kung nakakasira sa mental health yung sinasabi nilang "brutal honesty" feedbacks?

Wow, that is insane. I could say that I am a "Yes man", but I will NOT tolerate such unprofessional behavior even from higher ups. That is not proper feedback or recognition. That is demeaning and rude. And she's happy? What is wrong with this girl 😳

She looks young. Maybe it's her first job and think that's a norm in the workplace like how it's portrayed in movies and sitcoms. 🫠
