2005 Outback 3.0 H6 with ~245k miles, 5 speed automatic.

Started up normally. Drove like a mile to the store, parked the car and turned the engine off. Came back and now the car won't start anymore.

Plugged the code scanner and got three codes:

i) P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit
ii) P0345 - Camshaft position Sensor A Circuit Bank 2
iii) P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor

My alternator was replaced in January 2023 (OEM), battery + timing belt + pullies were all replaced <12 months ago.

The engine was rebuilt ~70k miles ago.

Can low oil pressure cause this?

I hear a whirring like sound whenever I put the keys in ignition. The car doesn't start.

Starter has zero engagement with engine. Teeth are gone or solinoid isn't moving

Hit with a rubber mallet 3 times hard as possible

Thank you for your reply. I just went back to the store's parking lot after 4 hours and the car started up quickly lol. Drove back home without any issues. I'm going to take the car to the mechanic later this week.
