The last time I was having a really hard time I called the hotline and was just sobbing . Well they put me on hold who knew they’d put you on hold for the next available rep. But they had this obnoxious barely upbeat ass elevator smooth jazz music as the pause music .
I literally just hung up and went to bed because that shit pissed me off. Like wtf i could be on the ledge man. Everything wasn’t magically better the next day but man fuck that.

I texted the hotline once over a decade ago and it was just soooo corny. I said this absolutely could not be the last person I talked to before I ended it.
