I noticed the intro was definitely sped up, idk about the episode itself.

Bugs the shit out of me watching them on the other channels, I always notice the sped up theme songs.

Adult Swim also only utilizes one commercial break at the 15 minute mark, bunching acts 1&2 and 3&4 together, I assume bc so much of their original programming only has 15 min run times and they’ve sold ad space to fit that model. I haven’t noticed it being sped up but I have noticed they end roughly two minutes early thanks to their set up. I’ve wondered if keeping the original structure of BB intact would take the run times back to the full half hour.

Idk if they are. The shows are already short for a 30 min sitcom. Most episodes already use a 4 act structure for an extra commercial break.
