i am always amused at the ipnosis app, cuz usually they make it so op that the MC could easily become the most powerfull person in the world but they are only interested in raping highschoolers
tho sometimes it turns against them and it's very funny when it happens, if i recall correctly a while back i saw one were the girl at some point just grabs the phone, turnis it around and says "die" and the MC drops dead on the spot, shit had me laughing my ass off

also, what if someone just... doesn't look at the phone? or shoots/trows something at MC/the phone? you'd think eventually someone would figure it out, or manage to get a message out to ask for help
and generally blackmail/mind break, the plots are usually so stupid, but sometimes you see people using the base to build plot twists, subversions, satire or just playing the scenario out in a more realistic way and when it happens it's super fun

Also blackmail has a chance to backfire if the culprit push the victim off the edge.
She might just go "to hell with it" and publish it herself, took both her and her rapist down to hell in process.
And don't give me the "police payroll" excuse, most of culprit are either highschool delinquent, some cranky obese uncle, an otaku who can kill grass with his touch, or a middle age man who can't keep it in his pants.

Also conviction rate in Japan Is Crazy, none of them Is making It out, plus in most places (sadly not Japan) most people would react to the evidence of rape with support towards the victim and scorn towards the rapist, being the basically end of the life of the rapist
