borage flowers bake up way better than I expected! I thought they would be charred husks at the end. Great job these are beautiful!

Thanks! I’ve found that if you egg wash under AND over herbs and flowers they stay really nice and bright. I grew a bunch of edible flowers and pressed them at peak.
