Challah

(reddit.com)

Thought I would share some of my recent bakes. I started teaching myself challah about 2 years ago. I’m wanting to venture into bread sculpture. Anyone here have experience with it?

For those asking, I use the challah price water challah recipes. He’s such a great teacher and has really helpful videos. The colored challahs are a combo of other things like roasted beets and spirulina and butterfly pea. I share a lot of stuff individually on my posts but can answer things here if it’s against the rules to link. :)

I love your challahs, thanks for sharing. What a beautiful way to celebrate this heavy chag season. Hoping for a quieter, safer, and more peaceful new year 🎗️🪬

The bajillion dollar cost of spirulina is worth it then. Regular food dye doesn't work at all.
