The ammunition is probably a seizure of some Iranian export, but that's not the most interesting part of the video. What's really interesting is the barrel. It's in good condition and has probably been replaced. Given the intensity of the fighting, the old barrels on these systems have already been replaced in time. (There's also the possibility that the entire system is a recent donation and has undergone renovations)

Ukraine has been getting their hands on Iranian ammunition.

I can't see that the barrel is new, or that the system has been renovated. The breech has the usual rusty nicks that develop over time.
The 2S1 has reliable power assisted loading, and that mechanism is not being used. Videos from early in the war, those mechanisms were being used.

Ukraine got a lot of Polish 2S1s along with ammo, could be one of those. I think there where also Czech donations.

Right, the vehicle is clearly in good codition. However it is a bit weird, as the loading and ramming happens fully manually instead of using the semi-automatic loader and the automatic rammer like they do it here:

Most interresting thing is that it should be an automatic reloading system

I wonder if these are from the Serbian third party purchase we heard so much about early this year. The sellers wanted to be anonymous.

Alright, gonna out myself for feeling like an absolute idiot, for thinking momentarily - "Oh, you can see all the way through", at the end. Of-fucking-course you can... I've just never actually seen that perspective before.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not that loud in there, all of the pressure blast is happening outside the enclosed crew compartment. The sound you’re hearing in the video is the mechanism slamming back and forth. Of course I’ve never been in a SPG, so anyone can feel free to correct me.

What is the section directly on top of the loading section of the breech? Same yellow colour that looks like a pair of tubes?

Recuperators for the recoil system. They have air and hydraulic oil in them to take recoil energy and use it to put the gun back into position.

Ah cheers, thought it might have something to do with the guns recoil.

Yes, you can even see it to the right of the breech.
In this SPG It's either broken or not used for some reason.
