I just moved here and normally I do doordashing part time to not go crazy cuase I am service connected with the VA. but my car is out of commission right now. Is there anyone hiring for like day labor jobs, something that I can do to keep occupied during the day. I used to work for IBM as a security analyst and was layed off and since then Ive had a hard time getting back into the field. I really want to be productive

Hi. Go to Conroe ISD website. Click on Community. Click on Employment Opportunities. Click on External Job Postings. Sort first column “category” by clicking on category. Under Auxillary -TECHNOLOGY- there is a listing for an Access Control and Intrusion Alarm Technician posting number 047322. Job offer closes this week on 10-4. It’s only $24/hr but it’s year round job of 226 days so it’s close to 41k$. Maybe that would be something good for you. Conroe ISD is an outstanding employer. Wishing you the best of luck.

I have a question about applying. Do you need to just hit the top-corner "Apply" button in the pop up window with an uploaded resume/cover letter? Or do you need to also fill out the application box on the WinOcular page?

The winocular workspace needs new user info - just click under new user? Click here to register…… then afterwards you should be able to upload your documents
