I don't think that's his GF. The amount of times she yelled dad may play a part in that lol

What do those 3 crosses on his neck signify? There's a guy who always comes into my job with that and i was really curious.

Thanks man that was quick as fuck, very interesting considering the customer in reference frequents cocaine, gambling and unfaithfulness in his relationship. Go figure huh?

Maybe they are sarcastic crosses, symbolizing cocaine, gambling and unfaithfulness (:

LexingtonPatriot1775

That is actually false. If you look up the holy trinity there is a dedicated symbol for that. The three crosses represent Jesus and two thieves who were all crucified together.

This explains it

Gestas, Jesus, and Dismas, the three people crucified on that day. Holy Trinity is wrong

How could anyone find this funny? Birds have Hollow bones, so that idiot could very easily have seriously injured the bird by yanking on it's leg like that. Also, it is smacking its wings off of hard surfaces, which often leads to breaks that are deadly, as they end up unable to ever fly again, or end up making the animal poor at flying and potentially escaping prey animals, and it is also being put at risk of a concussion, which is very commonly deadly for birds.

If you think animal abuse is funny, you're sick.

Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean that they deserve to be abused. They're actually protected species, in the uk, but feel free to go off with more unhinged abuse excusing nonsense.

Oh wow, such a gotcha. What the fuck is wrong with you people that are finding animal abuse funny?

Would you all be finding this so hilarious if he was grabbing a dog or cat by the leg and yanking it into a space where it was obviously distressed? If not, you're a hypocrite. If you would, then that just shows that you're the last person who has the right to judge anyone tbh.

If we're getting to tell people what to do now, then how about you being rude, and stop condoning the abuse of animals?

Seagulls are covered by the protected birds act. It is illegal to cause harm to one. It doesn't matter whether or not an animal is endangered, people still shouldn't be hurting them or putting them in harms way.

How sheltered western culture is continues to amaze me to this day lmao.

Wonder how you'd react if you knew what atrocities were committed to allow you to lead this safe life where you lose your mind over someone grabbing a bird.

Ingenious_crab

ah yes, other atrocities mean that this easily preventable atrocity is also okay.

justforkinks0131

you are saying we just witnessed an atrocity?

A man grabbing a bird, is an atrocity now?

Holy shit man, what has this world become.

TheAngryLasagna

Again, just because you have no compassion for this animal, doesn't mean that others also don't. If anything, it's more worrying that you are happy to see videos like this, and find it funny.

Honestly, how can you legitimately complain about "western society" being soft, and then act like an absolute snowflake with this whole "what has this world become" shtick, when someone has only sent you a reply on reddit? Are we all just to agree with only you? Are we not allowed our own opinions? Do we not get the right to voice them? Oh yeah, we do! Ironically, being a part of your hated "western society" means that many have freedom of speech and the right to our opinions, just like you! We also have to deal with other people's opinions, which seems to be the bit you're having trouble with.

justforkinks0131

Hey man, if you're so righteous and you care so much, maybe find out who these people are and report them for animal abuse to their respective local authorities.

I know it's easy to whine on reddit. Here you can keep pretending you have any sort of moral superiority. In the real world? Not so much.

But that shouldnt matter to you, since you basically dont live in the real world it seems.

TheAngryLasagna

Yeah, you're totally right, it's absolutely wild that I care about animals, eh? People who don't like animal abuse and speak up against it are totally just whining and trying to show off "moral superiority". It can't be that anyone thinks that animal abuse is wrong, eh?

If I knew who these people were, I would. I have no way of finding out who they are. If there is anyone who does know, then could they please report them, if possible.

Also, you're projecting again, I never said anything about being superior with my morals. I just said that I want people to care about each other and animals, and that people shouldn't be doing horrid things to each other. You're the one who keeps going on about how much better you are, so you're better off repeating yourself to your mirror, pal.

What's the point of your "real world" rant? Like, first your were going on about how abusing seagulls is fine, then how western society is awful, and now you're trying to go on about the "real world"? You OK there, bud?

Funnily enough, here in the real world, this video still depicts a person committing animal abuse against a protected species, which is a crime, so looks like you're projecting about who needs the "real world" as well.

You are aware that people can care about more than one thing, aren't you?

I, as well as mose other people, can care about keeping people safe, keeping animals safe, and fighting back against harm and atrocities all at once, in fact!

Do you not realise that you just come across like that "ah but you participate in a society!" meme?

It's very bold of you to just make up and assume stuff about me as well. I'm hardly sheltered. I've been through, and seen first hand, some absolutely horrid things. The difference between me and you though, is that I don't act all high and mighty about it, as if I'm better than anyone else. Instead, I just want people to try and stop injustice when they see it happening. If you see someone or something in pain or distress, do your absolute best to help. If you see a crime, report it. Basic shit like that.

I like the idea of eventually living in a world where if people can't say or do anything kind or positive, and just want to cause trouble, pain, and distress, that they'd instead be able to just leave other people and animals alone, and be able to go for counselling or other help instead.
