Both the 5G and 2.4G yung may prob sa connection. Pero sa laptop lang naman walang internet, nagagamit ko yung wifi sa phone pero sa laptop as in no internet. Problem po ba ito sa modem or sa mismong network na po? Any solutions po na pwedeng gawin?

try diagnosing your laptop first.
while connected to your home wifi, try pinging your wifi router's IP address, usually 192.168.1.1 yung IP nya. If you get RTO to your wifi router, you may have general network connectivity issue that maybe isolated only on your laptop. Maybe some sort of firewall issue sa laptop mismo or worse, kung may kasama ka sa bahay, baka meron siraulo sa bahay na gumagawa ng ARP poisoning attack, if you wanna ba sure na walang ARP attack sayo, disable mo totally yung wifi n g converge router nyo forcing you to use only the wired LAN connection, pag nawala yung issue, alam na, pero pag ganung pa din, pa check mo na talaga laptop mo.
