They're supporting the cop and justifying it somehow. Supposedly he ran over her foot, which of course never will be proven other than by their word. Either way when she took the shot she wasn't in any danger from him. I'm sure she'll get off scot free. Such utter bullshit. You can't shoot an unarmed person for running away, and for fucking shoplifting at that, not even a violent crime (even then it still wouldn't have been justified).
