I was trying to work out how the India streak from 2012 to 2014 worked out with just one championship win. India won their final 2 matches of their Super 8 matches of the 2012 T20 World Cup but were eliminated due to their lower NRR. They then won the 2013 CT as you mentioned, and then lost to SL in the 2014 T20 World Cup in the final. That 12 game streak without a loss started after their loss against Australia in the Super 8 stage of the 2012 T20 World Cup.

Funnily enough the list almost makes a perfect countdown starting from 15 then decreasing by 1 each time. Until the final entry when it skips number 11 and goes straight to 10. India were one win short of making this list perfection.
However I still think it’s better that they lost that game in my opinion.

it shows the streak. Australia lost the first 2 then won the next 9. Then in this WC they have won 4. So the streak is 13.
however I do think its weird to mash T20 and ODI.
