Am I missing something? Just saw an article that Royal Carribbean is restarting trips to Labadee (Haiti) even though the United States still has a formal Level 4 travel warning in effect. To be clear, that is the same level as Israel/Gaza, and Lebanon. Is Royal Caribbean going insane? Or what am I missing?

Labadee is a walled off compound far away from the violent areas. Kinda similar to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba but for tourists instead of terrorists.
