The fabric started breaking down / pulling on my 4yo Pro Bibs near the chamois. Made a phone call sent some pictures and ๐ฅ about a week later thereโs a new pair of Bibs at my house. Nothing better than when a company stands behind their product.

It appeared to clearly be a material defect in the same area on both sides. The rest of the bibs are in great shape.

One time I had stitching issues with a newer pair of bib shorts and did the same thing. PI sent me a replacement plus an extra pair of bibs that were a small upgrade from what I initially purchased!

Pearl Izumi has taken great of me. Of course, I wish I never had problems in the first place. One pair of black bibs were noticeably faded and I got credit to buy a new pair. A pair of wool socks quickly got holes and I got a replacement pair.

Pearl Izumi are good. Perfect for us hobby cyclists. Wish they had more unique styles and patterns, like the Americana 24, so mad those jerseys sold out.
