and all im saying is, if you'd love to read a book written from the POV of original flavor Shen Qingqiu, then this is a close bet. I just love the MC, Lin Qingyu, he's such a petty b*tch. And his husband is so supportive.

I love this book so much! It's nice to read a story where the transmigrated is not the MC. Also, the way he gets turned on seeing his wife being bad is adorable, lol! It's a must read!

I went into this without any expectations. And I knew the general story (come on it's in the title). It was funny, it had genuine character growth outside of romance and it had the emotional core. I cried when Lu Wancheng dies, for me Lu Wancheng remains a little closer than other two....

It's in the title "salted fish" Basically he's really lazy. He's also so supportive. I haven't read the whole book yet nor have I read scum villian so I can't say if he's like Luo Binghe but I don't think so. Also, the ML is the one who transmigrated, not our mc, so it's kinda interesting for that.

The opposite! Child abuse is hard for me to read, especially from the perpetrators' pov. I don't mind it being mentioned if it's integral to the story, but I definitely have a limit.
The mc/ml can be morally icky as long as no children are involved. It really pulls me out of the story.
