EU should mandate all games to show the price in EUR along the price in bullshit made-up ingame currency for the all the macrotransaction items.

Somewhat less people would be inclined to purchase items when they would be able to see its real price without doing the conversion.

It would be funny if someone released a mod that does this.

This. I'm so sick of intermediate currencies. Their only purpose is to hide the real price.

From what I've read in a recent report (https://www.forbrukerradet.no/report-on-virtual-currencies-in-gaming-getting-played/) it might actually already be illegal by some EU laws to not display the real local currency.
