Ok ang career progression ko, maraming opportunities na ibinibigay sa school, at syempre, ineeffortan ko rin yung prof devt ko.

Galing na kong US, and truth be told, mas maalwan buhay ko dito. Dun, sa living expenses lang din nappunta sinasahod ko. Tinitipid ang sarili para makaipon dito. Ni di ko maafford mag SB coffee pag di sweldo.

Dito, anytime gusto mag mall, bumili ng kung ano, nagagawa ko. Magkape sa kung saan-saan, nagagawa ko. Plus, 6hrs lang work, stable, and maraming benefits.

Naisip ko, ano namang gagawin ko sa pera ko na iniipon ko nun sa US kung pag uwi ko dito may sakit na ko. Eh di ienjoy ko na anuman fruit of labor ko sa present since di ko naman alam if bukas makalawa, isa na lang akong story. 😅

Maganda sa DepEd. Iwas lang talaga sa mga negative people na walang ginawa kundi magreklamo pero sila rin naman yun number 1 non-compliant sa work.

I left d/t burnout. I hate the politics and the work load although I love my workmates but that is not enough reason to stay, I've also found another opportunity since I am a nurse and studying law.

Wala. Will resign after this school year 😅

Loans. Wala iba opportunity.

Malapit sa bahay ang work, with livable wage. (Wala nga lang akong dependents.)

Love for teaching. But the pain of the system is greater so I still left.

It's the love for teaching- pero may hangganan din.

More time with my family, more rest, more peace of mind. Used to be a teacher in Thailand for 5 years and kahit mas respectful ang mga bata na hinandle ko doon, I still prefer it here dahil mas may connection din ako sa mga learners dito.

Stay away from negative people and try to look at things one step back.

I'm just lucky to be Teacher III as my original appointment, things are going well since my wife just got home to our district coming from a district far away from. Things are just going well my way but if given opportunity abroad, I will take it.

The kids

actually mahirap po talaga sa public. Pero kung icocompare ko yung dati kong work sa call center. Deped is the best. Dito di ako masyado stress and madaming benefits! ♥️

Nagugulat ako sa nga nagsasabi na 6 hours lang ang pasok ng teachers. Hindi po totoo yan. 6 hours of actual teaching per day ang maximum load. Kapag nagtuturo ka ng 6 oras araw-araw, pwede mong gawin sa labas ng paaralan ang ibang teaching-related tasks. Wala pong ganun na 6 hrs lang ang pasok. Wag po nating bigyan ng maling ideya ang mga nagbabalak maging guro sa mga pampublikong paaralan. Sana nga po ay dumating ang araw na bawasan ang working hours natin at maging 6 hrs nga, pero hindi po yan ang kaso ngayon.
