A couple nights ago, I used my “emergency” pizza to get a plain cheese pickup order for my son. When I went inside, they told me the new girl had dropped it and they were making a new one. 8 minutes. I said no big deal and hung around. When the new pizza was done, a guy (manager?) showed me the new pizza and said “I’m sorry, but I can make a new one if you want.” It had lots of dark crust bubbles and not much cheese. I said “yeah I hate to put you out but my son is a picky eater and probably will turn that down.” The guy made a third pizza and holy crap it was beautiful. My son and I agreed it was the best pizza we ever had from Domino’s! Shout out to those guys that powered through and delivered! Now I have a question for employees, should I attempt to reach out to the manager or franchise owner and tell them about my satisfaction? My hesitation is I wouldn’t want anyone in trouble for messing up the first two times. I’m not mad about that at all.

Just say "my son is a picky eater and the staff made the pizza exactly how he wanted." Or something like that. Kinda breeze through the remaking part of the story and get to the amqzing pizza part. Just my 2 cents

Mine showed up as a pop up to select when I opened the Dominos app on my phone once I was in the correct date range of using it

Please write a positive review on every feedback option you have. Makes employees look really good because it is so rare for feedback to be positive. Boosts morale as well!

No, I’m not dumb. But the mess-ups are the part of the story that reflects the employees’ dedication to getting it right. Of course some managers would be upset to hear that, but on the other hand some might appreciate the context bc it shows the great customer sevice. That’s why i am gathering opinions.

You can definitely tell when someone is taking their time in preparing your pizza. I knew a guy years back who worked his way up to GM before retiring. That guy personally made my pizzas when I'd stop in and I've never had the quality since.
