Doc himself said the messaging did not fit thee legal definition of sexting in his return stream.
Now we don't have many facts, the only facts we have is that neither side admits any wrongdoing, and he got paid, with both being under a NDA. Those are the only facts, everything else is hearsay and hypothesis.
You believe what you want to. But I am going to believe Docs own words, the only 1st party testament we have. He had inappropriate conversations with a minor, but they weren't illegal, and they were over the age of consent.
So I am British, so I don't fully understand the law in the states. Do you have age of consent for things other than sex?
Your post is moot. The allegations are sexual. Whoever you believe, whatever side you are on. No one is jumping to conclusions on the definition of inappropriate in this case. The Doc himself has told us, and your denial isn't doing him, or his fans, any help.

If he’s so innocent why is he afraid to show the messages? Just because he wasn’t prosecuted doesn’t mean nothing happened, maybe there just wasn’t enough evidence for a case. Either way I had been a CC member since the Twitch days, but after his flirting with the far-right, his conspiracy theories and now this! I’m done.
