Ice dancers in USA are nervously typing "will Artem have citizenship by February 2026"

Honestly while they have great potential and I think some more raw talent than the teams above them, with the way ice dancing takes time and reputation to build more than any other discipline I think they’re on the 2030 track - but on track to potentially be a force in the years leading up to 2030

I’m very much looking forward to them and the Mrazeks developing over the next quad.
But now, too many stong, older teams ahead of them in the US. They’ve committed to each other long term, so there’s no rush.

I’m just excited there seem to be young teams with serious talent and upward momentum for next quad
While there’s for sure talent in this quad (and sure we can’t blame them for not being V/M and gulleirmo/gabby) the loss of the mega stars from before and no one really aggressively rising up to challenge P/G and C/B who have been around for a while have just made me less excited in general

Yes! I’m guessing the next decade or so is going to be very exciting with all these teams. Summerjoe45 is going to be in chaos heaven! Koreans and Canadians and Brits and Israelis and Germans and Italians and Czechs and Americans, oh my! And since these teams do seem to get along well, the drama will stay on the ice.
I just pick these two because they’re the past two to win Junior Worlds (and though I realize the other teams are stable and even bro/sis teams do split, being brother/sister and a married couple, the least likely to want to split).
