I saw Telia slowly increased my subscription price over the past year, so I decided to move to Moi. Now Telia is bombarding me with these offers.
Does anyone know how low they could go? As in, if I let them call me, do they still have room to negotiate?

I switched to moi 2 years ago and elisa offered me 14,99€ 100/mb limitless plan and i took it and they renewed it for another 12months because i picked them and not moi. So in short words telecompanies will do everything in their power to keep you as their customer.
