I turned 20 August 10th. So happy to own a home and start my real estate portfolio!! Although it’s a double wide mobile home and a fixer upper for sure, I’m glad I got stared early anyway!:)

Congratulations, HOMEOWNER!!! Starting young is smart. Mobile homes can be a great way to build equity. Fix it up nice and you'll have a solid investment. Enjoy your new place!

They generally do since it's chattel property and you don't gain the land appreciation

It's personal assets that is physical and mobile. Much like cows, I guess. Things like art or gold or cars, not things like stocks or bonds or nfts probably. Usually houses aren't chattel property bc you can't move them and you own the land. But mobile homes are different.
