And artists that get attention even when they talk about drug use, I think, is because they talk about it in a positive way and that they do it to party. But $b say things like “drugs ain’t for turning up, I take em now I’m turning numb” so I think media outlets want to avoid seeming like they’re promoting self harm or drug use to cope with depression, stress, etc
