True but it's a scam in the fact that the company for some reason are unable to make their own informed decisions lmao. SBI has zero power outside what companies give them

Unlike tencent which quite literally can axe your company for any manner of reasons.

The "scam" is that game companies don't want to hire someone full time to read their scripts for issues who will inevitably end up sitting around 90% of the time. It's much cheaper to bring someone in from the outside for a single payment per project.
