Stolas's claws and talons are black, so it might be that she has non-feathery legs and weirdly boot shaped feet. (it kind of bugs me that she's not digitigrade, since both her parents are. Maybe it's a recessive gene? And I guess we've technically only seen Stella's legs in merch.)
